Disabled Visitors & Spectators

The Organiser and the Committee want Gatcombe to be an event that everyone can enjoy so we do try our best to make the event site as accessible as we can. Due to the nature of the terrain it can be difficult, especially in wet conditions to enable access to every discipline of the event. We do have toilets accessible to all and a specifically designated Disabled Parking Area. We do ask that, wherever possible, anyone requiring special assistance at the event emails the Organiser in advance so that we can make arrangements to accommodate individual needs. Where it is not possible to make contact before the event your contact on the day is Claire Rumney, and she is contactable on site via radio. Radios are sited at the entrance to the event (parking attendants) and at the secretary’s office.

PLS NOTE: NO motorised buggies are allowed on site without prior warning. This is for your and others safety to ensure we are aware of any motorised buggies on site.
